Subscription and Billing
By subscribing to our Subscription based cleaning services, you agree to pay the subscription fee on a recurring basis. We will bill your payment method on file automatically at the beginning of each billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will be provided with the remainder of cleans you have left for that month.
Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights in our service, including our website, content, and software. You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to our service at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will refund you 50% of the amount you paid for that month.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of our service will not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to us during the six months preceding the claim.
